ThrobLog In development

Pain tracking that stays yours.

A chronic pain and migraine tracker for iPhone. Mark where it hurts, rate how it affected your day, and hand your provider a clear PDF — without your health data ever leaving your own iCloud account.

How the privacy works Not yet on the App Store.

Mark the exact spot

Tap a body diagram to log each site, rate it 0–10, and describe the quality — throbbing, burning, shooting. One flare can cover several places at once.

Track migraines properly

Attack start and end, aura, nausea, light and sound sensitivity, and what you noticed beforehand. Duration, not just a timestamp.

Beyond a number

Record how much the pain limited your day and how you felt. A 7 that stops you working tells a different story from a 4 that does.

Medication totals

See doses and how many separate days you used each medication — the figure a clinician actually asks about.

A report worth handing over

Pick a date range and export a clean PDF through the iOS share sheet. That export is the only time anything leaves your device.

Locked to you

Face ID or your passcode guards the app, and the content is hidden in the app switcher so a glance at your phone reveals nothing.

Where your data actually lives

  • Entries, photos, and notes are stored in your private iCloud database.
  • There is no ThrobLog server. We could not read your entries if we wanted to.
  • No analytics SDK, no crash reporter, no third-party code touching health data.
  • Data leaves your device only when you export a PDF, and only where you send it.
